Travel & Expenses
Projects within greater London have no additional travel charges. Work elsewhere in the United Kingdom incurs travel expenses quoted separately based on distance and time required. Overnight accommodation is charged at cost when necessary.
Multi-Day Projects
Projects requiring multiple shoot days receive preferential day rates. Extended campaigns and ongoing client relationships benefit from structured pricing that rewards commitment and volume.
Express Delivery
Standard turnaround provides ample time for thorough editing. Rush projects requiring delivery within 24-48 hours incur additional fees due to schedule disruption and overtime requirements. Discuss timing needs during project scoping.

Service Questions
Absolutely. Many clients need combinations like product photography plus lifestyle shots, or corporate portraits alongside office space documentation. We create custom packages that match your specific requirements rather than forcing projects into rigid categories.
For projects exceeding £2,000, we typically invoice 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery. Multi-day campaigns or ongoing relationships can be structured as monthly retainers. We discuss payment terms during project scoping.
Our planning process usually prevents this situation. If unexpected circumstances require additional time, we discuss options immediately. Extended hours are billed at our standard hourly rate with prior approval.
